We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with our room being very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The view from our window was beyond beautiful, and we couldn't take our eyes off it. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were excellent, with good massage prices and an excellent staff. The location was perfect, as the hotel is right in front of the tramway station that goes directly to the tourist attraction areas. It is also very close to the main shopping area and is away from crowded areas, providing a peaceful ambiance. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionists who spoke English and were always ready to assist us.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the tram station right next to it, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, providing useful recommendations for places to visit and how to use public transportation. The rooms were clean and well-decorated with wooden accents. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of fresh items, although the omelet could have been better. The hotel also had a beautiful yard where I enjoyed the lovely Istanbul weather. there was a big supermarket across the street, which was very convenient.

The hotel was not located very close to many good restaurants, so dining options nearby were limited.

Staff was wonderful and hotel is clean and cozy! We got a room with a sauna. Near a subway station, within walking distance of a market and stores.

I appreciated my great stay. The room was non-smoking with exceptionally comfortable beds. Late check-out too. Plus their wifi was good: D

During our recent stay at Holiday Inn, we were actually surprised by the upgrade to a spacious suite on the 7th floor. The room had a jacuzzi, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transport and famous zones in Istanbul. Despite some drawbacks, such as limited English-speaking staff and outdated furniture, the overall experience was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and offered fresh items. We enjoyed trying different foods each morning. The hotel's location was key, with the tramway station right next to the entrance and a big supermarket across the street. It made it easy for us to explore the city and conveniently shop for any necessities we needed. One more advantage we enjoyed was the fabulous yard. We could sit outside and soak in the marvelous weather of the city.

The housekeeping service at the hotel could have been better. We had requested three bath amenities for our room, but they were never delivered.

Clean pool and free sauna/gym. Close to metro station for easy travel. Professional, cooperative, and polite staff. Convenient location with services nearby. Tram station right in front for easy access to city center. Great breakfast options. Ideal for families with separate sleeping area for kids. Quiet location and comfortable beds. Fast wifi and generous desk space for business travelers. Highly recommended!

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my leisure needs. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. the massage sessions provided by the Spa lounge were world, class and rejuvenating. the garden area was stunning and the perfect place for a peaceful stroll. the restaurant had an extensive menu with special diet menus and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only minor issue I faced was that the outdoor swimming pool was not as clean as I expected for a 5, star hotel. Despite that, the hotel staff was always available and helpful.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking luxury and exclusivity. the attentive service and spa centre are worth mentioning, especially the Turkish bath and massage available. the private facilities are top-notch, with a leisure room, sun loungers and barbeque grills, creating a cozy atmosphere. the restaurant offers a diverse and delicious menu with special diet menus available. the location is ideal, being close to a tram stop and the outdoor swimming pool which attracts visitors.

The only downside to this venue was the temperature in the room. Even though it was November, the room was uncomfortably hot, making it challenging to sleep.
